Im glad Kmart is still around. They have great stuff at fair prices without the huge long lines of the other "super centers"
Unfortunate store anymore, staff acts like they just don't care. Prices are not marked on all items, when I complain the response was well somewhere in the store that item is priced??!! Many items are not in stock, several times they only have 1 or 2 cashiers because the customers are going elsewhere.
Glad our Sayre store is still open. Love the children's clothes. If I cannot get to sears, I know there is a good store in the Valley area.
OMG WHAT A CROOKED STORE AND THE PEOPLE ON LAYAWAY ARE VERY RUDE!!! I CALLED FOR MY FIANCÉ BECAUSE HE GOT CALLED AWAY TO WORK OUT OF TOWN IN OHIO AT THE LAST MINUTE AND COULD NOT MAKE IT IN TO PAY ON LAYAWAY.SO I ASKED IF HE COULD COME IN NEXT WEEK AND MAKE A DOUBLE PAYMENT, THEY SAID NO, SO THEN I SAID COULD HE CALL WITH HIS DEBIT CARD, AND THEY SAID NO AGAIN AND IT WOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SHELVES. THIS KMART IN SAYRE IS RUDE AND NOT VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED AT ALL!!! THINGS DO HAPPEN AT THE LAST MINUTE, AND THIS DAMN STORE WAS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL AND WOULD NOT WORK WITH MY FIANCÉ AT ALL! THIS IS CROOKED AND SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR DOWN PAYMENTS! ITS NO WONDER THESES STORES ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! THEY DEFINITELY WONT GET OUR BUSINESSES EVER AGAIN! DONT SHOP
It's the only place I go because I have a big personal issue with Walmart. However... they had only two cashiers running the registers and lines that literally went down through the aisles. The cashiers were slow, and the previous night my husband spent 35 minutes waiting in line because they only had one register open, same issue of lines all the way down into the clothes section, and the employee was extremely slow. Appeared they didn't know what they were doing at all. Then they had to call the manager for something else, and the manager took 20 minutes to get to the register to push two buttons on it.
