I told him that the only reason I drove a 6 hour round trip was to buy the vehicle in the video. The one I provided the stock number on and placed a deposit on. He told me the dark grey car was $3,000 more than the black one I placed a deposit on and offered a $500 price cut.

No. Unacceptable and misleading. Unexpected deception.

Jerry, salesman, did a great job. Staff was easy to work with too. Will definitely look them up next time I need a vehicle.

Detailed Story

I had a horrible experience. I am what you would have called an inspirational customer. I want sure what I wanted. I walked around the parking lot looking at vehicles and no one came up to engage a conversation with me. Ill take my business elsewhere is all.

I called inquiring about a vehicle for sale and expressed concerns about the vehicle's condition due to its low price. I provided the stock number and the Sales Rep Taylor sent me a video of the vehicle's paint job 30 min later and spoke of how flawless it was. He knew it was a 3 hour drive for me and I put a $500 deposit down.

He apologized profusely and said he's never made a mistake like this. He brought me the black car which had severe paint flaws: scratches through the paint/small dents/clear coat issue due to buffing/torn window seal/the front left tire had cracks through the rubber.

I arrived at the dealership and he took me to a vehicle same make/model/body style but dark grey instead of black. I asked about the vehicle I placed a deposit on and he said that was in a different lot. He asked which car I preferred..I said the one I placed a deposit on and the one I thought he sent me a video of.

Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. They made the process easy and were flexible as I work out of town. The salesman Justin treated my wife and I great, and the finance manager Matt made the process of compelting the deal seamless. Will be back next time we need another vehicle!

Long story short, I provided the correct stock # and vehicle information and requested more pictures. The sales rep Taylor sent me a video of a vehicle the same make/model/body style. I drove 3 hours to the dealership to buy the car he showed me. Taylor made a mistake and sent me a video of a car that cost $3,000 more. The car I requested more pictures of had significant body/paint problems. Would not recommend.

Contacted Williams about vehicle listed on website and Nick sent back a verification that car was still available. Drove 45 miles only to find out they had listed it wrong on the web. They obviously had discovered this after my inquiry since, when we arrived, the info had been changed. No one had tried to contact us to inform us, so we made the trip for nothing. I have a copy of the web showing the initial info before they changed it. Of course they insinuated I must have looked wrong. No one apologized even after I reached out to Nick. Of course they tried to sell us other vehicles while we were there. Hopefully they aren't a bait and switch company.
