This was my second experience buying a car from Williams Ford. The sales staff were very friendly especially Rich Burdick. He helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and listened to what I had to say. He kept me informed and had everything ready for me and worked around my schedule. Thank you Williams Ford for another great vehicle.
I have a 2017 Ford Fusion that I like a lot: it is lively and fun to drive, and has all the safety features I wanted. However, it has a major defect, in that when I leave it in the garage for a week, the battery dies, and I have to jump start it. The people at Williams Ford in Athens have been very helpful. Twice they have replaced the battery for free, and applied all the programming changes recommended by Ford. I think the car has a major design defect, and Ford hasn't come up with a good fix for it, so even though the service people at Williams do a great job, they can't solve the problem without help from Ford.
We were well taken care of. We are enjoying our new vehicle .
