This store has an interesting layout that doesn't have a very good flow for shopping for similar items. After spending a long time looking for a specific item and having an employee walk away as he is giving directions, we were then followed by 2 other employees who apparently thought we were shop lifting when we had done absolutely nothing to give them cause to think so.
I just have to write. I recently had a very large order. There were a few items missing. Come to find out my order didn't come from our local store but from the Sayre store. I was put in contact with Steve the manager and he was so helpful. Not only did he make sure I had all the items I was missing himself he also discover that my order was cheaper through their store and saved me more money. I went to their store to pick my items. I was surprised how organized and clean that store was compare to ours and how helpful and Courteous the employees were there. I had a total happy experience at there store. Thank you so much Steve. Which I knew your last name but I know you know who you are.
Needed a product that was advertised with a sign in the store. Was told it was not available in this area. So could not even be special ordered. Should not have sign there. Otherwise very satisfied with store.
Almost always enjoy coming here. Nice stuff at acceptable prices.
Easy enough to get what you need. Employees are typically friendly and willing to help.
