Penn Valley Dental is great with both children and adults. My daughters and I absolutely love Dr. MINTY. She is friendly and knowledgeable and therefore does great work. Penn Valley dental gets you in as soon as possible for emergent and sudden dental problems. We've had to get last minite or fairly immediate appointments for one daughter having an abscess and the other child having a tooth issue. Dr. Minty explains things very well and explains things great to children, she also is very good at redirecting a child's thoughts away from the dental tools. She also did my childrens phrenulectomies(sp?) that went oerfect without a hitch,no crying and no mishaps. The procedure did well and healed perfectly and luckily did what we needed their teeth to do. They take most all insurances and the whole office works well together to make your dental visit a positive experience. I am so happy and lucky that I live 10 min or less away from the office due to convenience and most importantly knowing we have amazing dental care locally. I recommend people who have children come meet Dr. Minty and their team. You won't be disappointed

Had a filling done here and it felt like there was a hole in my tooth after, I was told it was my tooth, not the filling. So they filed my tooth down. My tooth did not feel like that before I got the filling done. Then for about a month after that my tooth was in excruciating pain. So I went back again and they told me that it was my gum that was hurting, not the tooth. Well I'm pretty sure I can tell the difference on what's hurting in my mouth. Not to mention they took an X-ray following my complaint and they charged me for it. And after telling them that I've had fillings done before at different offices and have NEVER felt pain like that from a filling, they kept insisting it was nothing they did and it was all in my head and told me that if I wasn't happy I could feel free to go somewhere else. Never again.
Penn valley dental is a great place. I've had several procedures done and have been very happy with the outcome. The Dr is very nice and informative.
