Good automatic carwash, car was very clean. Only negative there were no trash bins to throw out trash from inside your car otherwise would be five stars
I chose the $14 platinum wash. The car was no cleaner at the end than when it began. Bugs on the bumper, grill, and windshield were not removed or even lessened, and there was a film if dirt on my vehicle in which I still could write my name. Went home and hand washed. Now, this used to be a good car wash; they sprayed orange cleaner on the front end to loosen bugs, scrubbed with a brush, and hoses it down to get started. But now they changed the good car wash to this ineffective laser nonsense, fired all the staff, and now, they've lost me and my entire family as customers because it just doesn't clean. The one in Elmira still does a good job, and hopefully they won't fire those people and install laser nonsense there too.
Chose the top of the line service. My car didn't come clean! Cost about $15.00. What a waste of money. Had to come home and wash by hand to get the dirt off. This used to be a good car wash when they had attendants to pre clean the rough spots and wipe down after. I wont use this place again. It really needs some thing to rub against the car to get the dirt off. Bad. Bad. Bad.
Never will I use this car wash again. I spent $17 and I STILL have a dirty car.
This is absolute theft of services.
Pd $14 for wash and my car was still covered with bugs. Owner developed quite an attitude when I approached him in regards to it!!!! Terrible experience will never return!!!!!
