Told me one price on the phone after work was completed total was almost double, welded my muffler an burned holes in the pipe , will not return here for service again
They were able to do an oil change on our motorhome with no appointment, they even had to move things around and clean up their garage to fit us in their last garage bay, I believe it was the only one with a enough clearance to allow us to drive in. Our RV is 12' 5" Tall. We really appreciated them doing all of this for us considering we were from out of town and they knew we wouldn't be back for return business. They could have easily turned us away
UPDATE: This used to be a 5 star place in my book But a new manager is running the place and ever since he always wants to do something expensive to my car. So I started to take my car to Perry's in Waverly. They are cheaper, they do better work and are honest.
Really proud of these folks. They inspected my 74 year old grandma's car a week ago, noticed the break line was corroded and leaking fluid, and didn't think it was necessary to inform her of this so she could get them fixed. She went out driving today and had to run off the side of the road when her breaks gave out, getting injured in the process. When she called them afterward to ask if they knew, they informed her that, yes, they did, but because it was "only corroded", they didn't have to notify her of it. She's really happy to possibly be without a car, to have back issues after having to drive off the side of the road to avoid hitting people, and to now owe money in HOPES of repairing her car. Thanks, guys! Really appreciate it.
